NeoRouter is one of the best VPN solution I have used so far. Especially it allows me to set up a private server to relay the traffic. KevinZ did great job to answer my questions.

I have another one here. How do I uninstall 3proxy addon? It is started when system starts. But I can't find it under "Startup" group or registry.

It's fairly easy to uninstall an add-on. Go to the menu item "File"->"Add-ons...".
Choose the add-on you want to uninstall from the list, then click on the button [-] located on the top of the list.

3Proxy add-on has the default settings of "Startup Type": "Automatic after Windows starts", which means it's loaded and run by the NeoRouter client service. Editing the add-on, you will see more options.
