I've got trouble with this issue, now try to explain for next time users:
when you log in the Config Explorer you must log with administrative user and set server IP (or domain name);
when you set up the users you work on the server DB, same thing when you edit Computers preferences;
if you set a new IP as domain is the IP of the server, same thing when you set a different port is on the server;
when you set the type of connecions P2P (UDP or TCP) it's only for the client or server where you are working on.
That is what I undestand making some different config....
If I'm wrong please correct me but that is what I think is rigth.

I ask to if is rigth that for make a backup of the config and users I have to copy the directory named Neorouter usually in this path on the server machine:
C:\Documents and settings\All Users\ZebraNetworkSystems\

Yes. You can backup the folder, which contains the server database and related configuration files.
