I am new to neorouter. I have added all the computers i need to and I have been added to the system. I can see all the other names, but I can't see my own name and neither can they, therefore i'm not able to use it correctly. How to I fix this? |

hi Jim, Thanks for using NeoRouter. Are you using Free or Pro? Which OS do you have? Are you the owner/admin of the NeoRouter server? With NeoRouter, the computer names are shown in the list, not user's login names. Some users may happen to name his computer after his name. Please find out your computer name and see if you can add it. Also if you are using NeoRouter portable client, you cannot add it to the computer list. |
