i have a offline computer, greyed out/offline server (vista ultimate) when viewing from xp pro client. any ideas? neorouter server on vista ultimate, firewalls off, ports 32976 ( cleared ok via dashboard) zoom x6 adsl router. router is pingable neorouter client on xp pro, firewalls off, ports 32976 (cleared ok via dashboard) belkin (unbadged) asdl router. |

Hi wheelsmith, Can you log on to NRServer from the vista machine? Also you can check the status of the computer from the Configuration Explorer. If it's connected to the server, it should be shown in the computer list. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
