Hi Kevinz, Some how I lost track sorry. We use the Beagle bone black with the default debian that comes with it. upgraded / updated to the latest version. It will be really nice to have the NeoRouter client working on this board. Prady |

KevinZ, To be more precise the dogtag file says BeagleBoard.org Debian Image 2015-03-01 I downloaded the nrclient pro on to the BBB and installed it. It installs ok without any error however the nrservice does not start nor does nrclientcmd execute. I do really need to get this working. Prady |

I have one NR Pro server running on DietPi that is installed on Odroid C1+ So far seems fine, but on installation you must do the following before setup: Code: sudo ln -sf /lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/ld-linux.so.3 /lib/ld-linux.so.3 Then you do the setup as described for Raspberry Pi. After setup which takes 1-2 minutes, easiest way to manage it is via NeoRouter Configuration from Windows. It's GUI and it works from local network (first connect is with your linux root password) After that, I would strongly recommend that you turn multicast and broadcast packets, and all non-IPv4, and enable only stuff that you need. It did wonders in terms of speed for my network of computers, on most of them I just need RDP, and File Sharing. Great stuff about these machines is that they are up and running, consuming very little power, and NeoRouter enables P2P connections, so there is no performance hit. |
