 Post subject: Client Installation Problem

I've installed the software successfully on both my home and laptop computers. However, my office computer (4GB, 2.4Ghz, windows XPSP2) which is virtually the same as my home computer, will not load the client software. I get an error during the install and then it cancels. The office computer, however, is part of a small network and is behind a SonicWall firewall.
I would appreciate some help.
