I have installed the NeoRouter server on a Windows Server 2003 machine.

I am able to connect to the Configuration Explorer when I use the domain 127.0.0.1 but when I change it to my NeoRouter domain I get the following error:

Signin failed because connection to server cannot be established [hr=0x8007274c].

I have opened port forwarding in our router for port 32976 to forward to the correct machine and I have also opened port 32976 in the firewall settings of that machine.

I have followed the troubleshooting flowchart on page 53 of the user manual and it tells me to check the listening ports. And I can confirm that 32975 is listening, but not 32976. When I check all the established ports, 32976 is listed.

Can anyone shed some light on this problem? I'm sure it is a relatively simple thing.
