As the subject says. In Windows 7, the Network Explorer title bar doesn't stay on the screen. It flashes on when I re-size but doesn't stay long enough to click on it. That means you can't move the Network Explorer window. At least I don't see how.

I made the mistake of moving the window to the top of the screen. Now I can't minimize it, close it or anything else using the title bar.

Then I compounded the mistake by maximizing the window. Now it fills the screen.

I can close the window from the file menu or the task bar but when I open it again it comes up fill screen.

For anyone else that runs into this problem; the fix is pretty simple.

Simply exit from NR (this does not mean closing the window or logging out).

Upon re-start of Network Explorer, everything is back to normal.

In the future, avoid moving NE to the top of the screen. I didn't test this but I think that's how the problem started.
