 Post subject: login to client (win7) but no response to mouse or keyboard

I am using NeoRouter pro. I have a client running Win7. I can log in from my local workstation however the client does not respond to my mouse or keyboard. I am using WinVNC and ReadVNC. I can see the small dot moving on client when I move mouse locally. This setup worked before client machine was sent to customer. Any ideas on how to trouble shoot?

Hi dhampikian,


If you use VNC client to remotely access a Windows and the current session is locked, you can see the screen , but no response. Because the session is inactive.

You may want to either make the VNC server running as service or use RDC to activate the current session.
