I'm ready to upgrade from v1.x to v2.x. When I upgrade the server to 2.x will the remote 1.x clients automatically reconnect and login properly? That'd be a mess if they couldn't reconnect automatically!

Hi Matty-CT,

Yes. V2 server accepts v1 clients and they will automatically connect to the v2 server after upgrade.
