 Post subject: sign in failed [hr=0x8007274d]

I have a problem when I try to sign in to neorouter configuration explorer I get this error

sign in failed because connection to server cannot be established. [hr=0x8007274d]

But when I try to login locally it login successful

From Dashboard The Domain Status is good and the test is good also

My Operating system is windows 2008 server Enterprise 32 Bit Service Pack 2

Please Help

I can't offer much in the way of help but something isn't right with the installation.

The IPV6 that you have masked is way too short for starters.

The Product Edition, NoU and Server Version fields should all be populated with real values.

Although the port is open the system doesn't seem to be connecting to the server correctly or the file/data it reads maybe corrupted?

Thanks for your concern and your notice is right the IP6 is the same as IP4
And The Product Edition, NoU and Server Version fields are not populated.

I install the product again but same problem.

I am using the free server edition ver 2.1.2.4236 So Do you have any suggestion ??

I hope any one can help as I try on another machine with the same problem

I also try on another internet ISP but no way

Hi am.steen,

Since dashboard gave the green light , it means you NR server is running well and the port mapping setting in your router is setup properly.

Now please try to sign in using the public ip in your NR config explorer , format is [ip]:[port], for example 202.xx.xx.xx:32976. If you cannot sign in and you test from a computer behind the same router as NR server, it means your router has hairpin issue, so you have to use private ip to access NR server from computers in the same LAN as NR ser, but you should be able to use public ip or NR domain name from computers outside the LAN . In NR network explorer, use Local server setting option to workaround it.

Dear Mr. kevinz

First of all thanks very much you solve my issue.

That is exactly what happen I use public ip or NR domain name from computers outside the LAN.
And I use private ip to access NR server from computers in the same LAN as NR server.

My router is Cisco 1841 is there something to do with it ??
