| Post subject: | Shutting Down resets client? HELP |
Recently NeoRouter was set up on one of our servers as one of our bosses is going abroad on business. They needed to be able to access the files whilst abroad. I tested NeoRouter on various computers and they all worked fine, apart from hers. Everything was set up, the server, clients, usernames, ports forwarded, firewalls set etc, and everyones computers worked; Apart from my bosses. To get around this I uninstalled the client on her computer, rebooted her computer and disabled the Driver Signing Check, and then reinstalled the client. When you do this it works fine, but as soon as you reboot the computer again it resets, meaning NeoRouter once again doesn't work on their laptop If you put the computer to sleep then it seems to work fine, without any issues when it's loaded back up, but is there any chance of working around the whole shut down issue? Any help will be appreciated! There's not a lot I can do, as they've now gone abroad, but if need be I can email them with things to do Cheers -J |
