So we are running the NeoRouter free, as a test. So far so good.
Confused about IP addressing though. Internally we run a 10.0.0.x range. So my server is 10.0.0.2
The NR, when setup with defaults, uses the 10.0.0.x range, and one of my clients is identified as 10.0.0.2 in NR.
Dumb question: Is this OK? Is this the same 10.0.0.2 or sort of like a NAT'd 10.0.0.2, so in reality, there is no IP conflict? And why does NR use such a wide subnet 255/8?

Thanks.

No. It's not ok. Please change the DHCP IP range in NeoRouter ( you can change it from NR Configuration Explorer or web console). Please make sure the virtual IP range does not conflict with your physical network. Or it may cause problem in NR.

Thanks,

Thanks!

So internally we are 10.0.0.x with 255.255.255.0 subnet.
I changed NR to be 10.1.0.x with 255.0.0.0 subnet. is that OK?
