i'm starting to test neorouter so i've installed on a pc in the lan, I created the domain and, i login to the domain to change the server listening port to 3389 because I'm behind a firewall and the port 3389 is already open.
When i run the test on port 3389 the test replies that The address "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:3389" is open and the NeoRouter Server is active.
the problem is that, when I run the Neorouter Network Explorer, I get the following answer:
"Signin failed because connectionto server cannot be established. [hr=0x80072749].
Can anyone tell me where I'm wrong in using Neorouter and how can I resolve the iussue?

Based on your description, seems the firewall block it. The error code means it cannot connect to the server. Though the port is opened. Some smart firewall may block connections by protocol. 3389is rdp protocol while nr server uses standard ssl protocol.

Please try other port.
