Post subject:  PCs log in, but the computer list (client side)remains empty

Hello,

after some attempts I finally got my Neorouter Server up. Everything is fine when I go to http://www.neorouter.com/checkport.php

From an external network I can connect through the domain name. From my LAN, I have to use the local IP.
But that's ok for me.

I have 3 computers connected, but my problem is that I can't see any computer in the Neorouter Network Viewer. The list remains empty.
On the other hand, in the Configuration Explorer, I can see the list of computers logged in.

Do you have any idea what's going on?

Hi lucasfioravante,

If you use NR Free, you should be able to see all of them . Click on the "<" icon to expand the list. If you use NR Pro, check the firewall settings. The computer that the current user does not have permission to access (block all) won't be shown in the list.

yes, I do click on the ">" icon to expand the list but nothing happens.
I'm sending a screenshot.

Any more ideas?
