Hi everyone,

We've been seeing an issue with a few users being able to log into NeoRouter when their computer boots, and they can see the server as if everything were connected properly. However, when trying to ping the NeoRouter IP of the server or access it in any way the connection fails. NeoRouter still claims its connected, and shows the server is running but nothing will connect.

The only temporary fix we've found so far is to:
Sign Out
Disconnect & Quit
Relaunch NeoRouter

This seems to take care of it for at least most of the day. In some cases we've seen it come back the same day, and others it has to be done the next day.

Has anyone else seen issues like this?

Yes, I seem to experience the exact same thing. But I restart the NeoRouter client service and I regain connections. I hope this can be resolved. I'm looking to migrate my company to NeoRouter and stop using Hamachi due to recent outages..

But my end users will have issues and technical challenges if they must do this daily.

I hope someone can respond and/or resolve this issue.

What are your OSes?

If they are recent versions of Windows 10, then the issue could be the one I reported awhile ago:
