 Post subject: AD account Locked out

I have a client using NeoRouter to remote to a Windows Server computer. He is able to log in fine, but when he leaves the system idle for a while, his Active Directory account locks out. We have to go onto the server and unlock his account.

The account doesn't lock when using a VNC product or at any other point in the day, just while using NeoRouter.

Has anyone run into an issue like this?
