Hello,

in our Company we have a Neorouter Server.
Here we log on to internal IP Adress.

For our customer we use our URL to connect.
But internal we cant use the URL.

I want too wrote our URL in Log on to.
Shutdown the PC and deliver it to our Customer.
When the Customer starts the PC, the Neorouter client log on automatically.

But it dont work, i cant change the log on to server to our URL because we cant reach the URL internal
and after a restart in the field for log on server is our internal IP again.

I hope you guys understand and can help.

Hi NeoUser,

Your idea should be working. You can use either [IP]:[port] or [Internet domain name (not URL)]:[port] ( for example: www.example.com:32976), then log in to NR server. Next the computer starts, NR client service will automatically connect to your NR server. The information is stored in the Client.xml.

If the Internet domain name doesn't work for you, please try to use the public IP instead to test. If the public IP doesn't work, it means your router may have the hair-pin issue, please setup the Server Local Address of the Connection Option. Take a look at the user manual for more details.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team
