Hello all, Not the most computer saavy but hear me out. New computer, using Windows 10 pro. Installed Neorouter. I can login and view network explorer. I right click on the desired computer/access and go to shared folder. Nothing happens when connected over home WIFI. Try the same thing again, this time over my mobile hotspot and BAM instant success. Why can't I connect over my home WIFI? TIA |

Hi bfarrugia, Can you try it again via WIFI? Since you can sign in to the NR server, there is not wrong with your WIFI. If it still doesn't work, check "ipconfig" see if you can see the virtual IP address. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
