 Post subject: Cannot access shared folders

Hello. I am using NeoRouter Free and had to reload the server computer. The remote client can log in successfully but is unable to access the shared folders as before. Could somebody please point me in the right direction?

Hi davidkimball,

Thanks for contacting us.

If you can sign in and can ping the remote device using the virtual IP address, it means the NeoRouter network is up and running. The issue is more like application level issue. Please make sure the File Sharing feature is enabled in your system.

Let us know if you still have the issue.
