Hello,

I'm able to logon to the neorouter server. Different machines obtain their IP addresses like 10.0.0.1, 10.0.0.2, 10.0.0.3, 10.0.0.4 etc.

However, I'm not able to 'ping 10.0.0.4'. The request times out.
I cannot also connect via remote desktop, or type the address in 'Windows Explorer'. It does not recognize the address.

Any reason?

Please follow the troubleshoting guide in the user manual , Chapter 7 to find out the root cause. http://download.neorouter.com/Documents ... l_15en.pdf

Assume you are using Windows edition, run the Configuration Explorer. If you can sign in, please run "ifconfig" see if you have the virtual IP assigned to the NeoRouter virtual adapter. Please also double check firewall settings see if you block the icmp messages.
