hi sofya,

Thank you for using NeoRouter.

Which version of Ubuntu are you using? Is the client computers within the same LAN as server?

If you have not done so, please follow these instructions to setup NR server.
http://www.neorouter.com/wiki/index.php ... _for_Linux
Then please verify that NeoRouter is running correctly using root account (you can use "ps -A" command).
By default, Ubuntu does not have firewall enabled. If you had installed a firewall program, you will need to allow port 32976 to go through.
Next, please install NR client on a PC within the same LAN, launch NR Network Explorer, and sign in using your Ubuntu user's account and the Ubuntu machine IP address (you can get this using "ifconfig" command in Ubuntu).
Let me know if you can connect.
