You'll need to add an entry in your workstation's lmhosts file for the domain itself most likely. Try pinging your FQDN i.e. domain.local or domain.com (my domain is sos so I ping sos.local). If your FQDN resolves then you can join a domain.
If it doesn't, this is what you'll need to do...
Add a LMHOSTS.SAM entry into your workstations like this: 10.9.8.7 DC_NAME #PRE #DOM: FQDN (domain.local etc). where 10.9.8.7 is the NeoRouter IP address of your domain controller.
for example, my Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) is sos.local, Domain Controller is named Titan, and Titan's NeoRouter IP address is 10.9.8.11 so my LMHosts.sam entry is: 10.9.8.11 titan #PRE #DOM: sos.local
(if you're not familiar with how to find or access your lmhosts file, a quick google will do it better than I can... if you are familiar and thinking "ok dude, I'm not that stupid, been doing this a while" then sorry mate, you never know other's skill levels on forums)
Once you've done that, reboot the workstations, and try to ping your domain then, it should resolve to the DC's IP address.
After that, you should be able to join the domain.
