| Post subject: | Can't uninstall Add-ons? |
I can't seem to uninstall add-on software from my computers. I delete using the add-on manager in NR, but the software is not off of the computer, and still boots on restart. I tried add/remove programs in windows xp but the add-ons are not listed there. The add-ons I am having trouble with are achat and tightvnc. How do I remove these programs from my computers (I am using windows xp)? Thanks, Seth |

Hi sethlo, Basically you can kill the process of vnc or other add-on applications from Windows Task Manager, then go to the main configuration folder to delete the specific application from AddOns folder. The main configuration folder can be found by running Network Explorer and choose menu item "Help" >> "Troubleshoting" >> "Open Configuration Folder". Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
