You may want to troubleshooting in the following steps.
1.Log on from the Configuration Explorer to the NR server
2.Log on from the Network Explorer to the NR server.
After logged on, check
a.see computer list
b.run a command prompt and type "ipconfig /all". should see NeoRouter virtual adapter and the virtual IP address
3.Do the step 2 on another computer and ping the virtual IP address of peer.
If cannot see response, check the Windows firewall settings or any third-party anti-virus programs running on it.
4. If you still cannot figure out, please help collect log file and send it to us, we will help you out.
