Dear All, I am using NeoRouter-1.9.0.3800-free-Setup.exe File to install the Server and Client on the same PC. I am not having STATIC IP. I am only using PUBLIC IP. I had already checked the Port Forward and its working. My OS is windows 2003 server SP1 EE. I had created Standalone Domain. While signing with Neo Router Configuration Explorer, I am getting this error. "Signin failed because connection to the server cannot be established" ERROR CODE: hr=0x80072749 I can signin using LOCAL IP address. But I can not sign in using Public IP address / domain name. Please let me know what I have to do extra ? Thanx. |

Hi rahulsharma20, Did you run the test from the Dashboard site? If it passes, it looks like your router having hairpin issue. Please configure the "Server Local Address" setting of NR client. If it failed, it would be the port-forwarding issue in your router settings. Thanks, KevinZ - Neorouter team |
