Hi mikeloeven,

Yes. It's more like you actually log on to a wrong port/app.

On the NR server computer, you can run CLI command to change the settings.

On Windows, run the following commands to get the parameter information:

cd C:\Program Files (x86)\ZebraNetworkSystems\NeoRouter
nrserver.exe -agentmode -help

On other OS, simply run the following command as root
nrserver -help

Another workaround is that you can run NR config explorer or web console, in the "Log on to " field, use the private IP and port of your NR server, then sign in. For example, if your NR server computer's private IP is 192.168.1.100,port is 443, you can input "192.168.1.100:443"

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team

NeoRouter Client service/daemon is always running, so that it can accept remote connections. However, one can use the built-in ACL/firewall rules to protect any services in the Neorouter virtual network from attack. This feature is available in NR Pro and Mesh only. ok nice stuff post.................
