I know the "Please build NR client/server for my favorite firmware" question has been raised in the past, but any chance you might consider an Entware package? Its compatible across many firmwares and architechtures, still supported (unlike Optware), and could eliminate the need for full Tomato builds.

Just thought I'd ask . . .

Thanks again for a great product.

FWIW, I did try editing the /etc/opkg.conf to include:
Code:
arch all 1
arch mipsel 200
arch brcm47xx 10

This is on a Tenda W1801r, MIPS74K, running Shibby's tomato-W1800R_RT-AC6x--124-Mega-VPN-64K.trx

Running
Code:
opkg install http://download.neorouter.com/Downloads/NRFree/Update_2.1.2.4326/inabox/Attitude_Adjustment/nrclient-2.1.2.4326-free-attitude_adjustment-mipsel.ipk

returns:
Code:
Downloading http://download.neorouter.com/Downloads/NRFree/Update_2.1.2.4326/inabox/Attitude_Adjustment/nrclient-2.1.2.4326-free-attitude_adjustment-mipsel.ipk.
Installing nrclient (2.1-2.4326) to root...
Collected errors:
* satisfy_dependencies_for: Cannot satisfy the following dependencies for nrclient:
*      uclibcxx *      libpthread *    libuuid *       libopenssl *    kmod-tun *
* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package nrclient.

I commented out the changes to the conf file and was able to install the packages for
uclibcxx
libpthread
libuuid
libopenssl

but not

kmod-tun

Then I added the other architectures BACK to the conf file, ran the install, and I received the message that nrclient was compiled for another architecture. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Joel

Yeah, having it as an entware package would be great!

I would also love to see a entware package of neorouter server. More and more modern router boxes support entware instead openwrt packages.
