 Post subject: Cannot log on

Hello, when I try to log on to NeoRouter i type in my log in details and press Sign In and it briefly shows Signing in to Neorouter Server... but then goes back to the original sign in thing. and i cannot access settings because i ne3ed to sign in aswell which i cant.

Hi Zeltaz,

Would you give the OS you are working on?

Please check the nr server first. Go to the dashboard and run the test.

I'm currently running Windows 7 Ultimate 64Bit.

How do I check the nr server?

Go here, enter your domain and domain password, then log in. You'll get your server dashboard.

The most common cause of this problem is entering an incorrect username or password. Because the message does not say that there is no valid match, the user thinks that the username and password are valid. Can you please give a distinct error message when the network is found but the user credentials simply aren't valid?

Hi gwheele1,

Thanks for your report.

Can you upgrade to the latest v0.9.9, in which we fixed couple of bugs?

I don't understand why the new version notification causes the NR client service down, it should be something else, as the logic is simple and separated.

Let us know if you come cross the issue again.
