The connection mode (UDP P2P, TCP P2P and Relay) is used for controlling NR client, instead of NR server. So you may want to go to each computer, that does not support RDP properly, and set the connection mode in the Configuration Explorer.

As the RDP protocol is a little bit special and sensitive ;) , it may not work properly when the network is not stable enough. It's pretty common when using it over the wireless network or VPN. In the earlier version of RDP, the term server may have issues to handle broken RDP connections. Check out here for more solutions:

If the solution above does not work, then suggest you to set the NR connection mode to the Relay mode, which will mostly solve your problem. If the relay mode does not work too, please try RDP without NeoRouter first.
