I am unable to get the software to install on an AMD 64 processor. The server module will not complete the install. The client module appears to install the software but fails to create the virtual network card.

What OS version do you use?

Sorry for lack of info. It is a tower computer AMD 2.50 GHz with 4 GB memory. The motherboard is an ASUSeK M3A79-T Delux rev1. Bios is American Megatrends. Operating system is Windows XP Pro sp 3.

I have Hamachi (with virtual network card) running with no problems.

We cannot repro your issue in our lab on a box running winXp 64-bit sp3.

Does anyone else come cross the similar issue?

Given that you couldn't reproduce the problem I tried to remove possible problems. I turned off anything that was showing on the task bar. This included pausing Kaspersky Internet security. The softwar then installed OK. What is curious on a laptop (Intel processor, Win XP Pro) I did not have to turn off anything including Kaspersky for software to install.
