Hey guys,

I am running the server on ubuntu 64bit. Testing from the dashboard works fine however I cannot get one client to log into it. When I try to run the client login from the same box that the server is setup on I get the following error.

Sign in failed, error 0X80820102.

If I try from another machine I get a similar error as well. I have changed the password to make it as simple as possible to insure that nothing is being typed incorrectly. I captured a log from the server however its too long to paste into the post apparently . Any tips?

The error code 0x80820102 means "Computer Not Found". Please delete the database file under /usr/local/ZebraNetworkSystems/NeoRouter and restart the nrserver, then try to sign in again using the Linux account. You can use Configuration Explorer to test if you have a Windows computer, it's more straitforward.
