All of my NeoRouter clients lost connect at the same time (about 6:05 pm ET). On the Windows 2003 Server that hosts the NeoRouter network there was a pop-up notification that an Upgrade was available for NeoRouter. I closed the notification window. The NeoRouter Client then popped up and showed disconnected and could not login. I opened a command prompt and saw that I could not ping any NeoRouter address. I stopped the NeoRouter Client Service and closed the NeoRouter Client application. I told the Neorouter Server Service to stop. It tried for about 5 minutes and could not be stopped. I tried using Task Manager to end the task but it would not end. I finally decided to reboot the server. Upon reboot all Neorouter connections were automatically reestablished.
