Hi Kevin While doing Remote Desktop connections to a Server behind a Firewall every hour or so I have a blackout period that lasts about 2 minutes where Ping or RDC do not work and then it comes back. What's strange is that at the sametime from another computer in the same LAN I can still ping the Server. Is this a known issue? Thanks, Abe |

Haven't received the similar report yet. If someone else comes cross the similar issue, please let us know. Meanwhile, you can investigate it a little bit. Since RDP is a little bit tricky protocol, it may be broken when the network is not stable enough, for example: when two NR Clients created a UDP P2P connection but UDP packets would be blocked by some firewall. So can you try to change the "client-to-client" connection type to the "Replay Mode" on your current computer and see if it still happens. If it is can be reproduced, you can generate a log file and send it to us at support@neorouter.com so that we can help you to investigate it. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

You mean "Relay mode" right? I'll try that. How can I create a Log file? |
