We have a Neorouter server in a cloud server. I can see a local PC (PC#1) from the VPN server's neorouter client. I can also see it (active) in my laptop's NRclient. If I detach the network cable from local PC #1, eventually the cloud server's NRclient shows PC#1 as offline. So does the NRclient on local PC#2 (my laptop). When I reattach the network cable of PC#1, the cloud server's NRclient eventually shows PC#1 as online (seems to require logging out and back into NRclient, which is a hassle). However on my laptop (PC#2), PC#1 remains offline in my NRclient indefinitely. Even deleting that computer and reattaching it does not bring it online. If I ping PC#1's VPN IP from a command prompt, it pings fine, so it is networked and active, but my NRclient doesn't seem to get that message.

What is OS installed on the PC#2?

By default, a computer's offline status should be refreshed in about 45 seconds if you "unplug" the network cable; the online status should be updated immediately once the NR client connects to the server.
