hi, i cannot install free NeoRouter Server v1.1.2.2110 on my system Windows 7 x64 I run the setup, the green progress bar gets about 1/3 the way across and then the wizard opens for me to "Setup NeoRouter Domain". I choose, "Create a New Domain", fill out all the fields and click Next. A box opens saying "The domain name has been registered" I click "OK" but it doesn't continue to the next page? That's as far as it goes. I've uninstalled/re-installed, downloaded the .exe again, but the same thing happens? I get no error messages. Please let me know if you need any more information. Thanks. |

Hi kotton, If the domain name is used by someone else, you cannot register it and have to try a different name. You can also go to the dashboard site to create the NeoRouter domain (https://www.neorouter.com/dashboard) then use it while installing. Click the link to create a new domain online: https://www.neorouter.com/Dashboard/CreateDomain.aspx Let us know if you still have problem. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
