First thanks for your software, I like it
I have Windows XP PRO SP3 .
with Neorouter 1.2 and 1.3, My network connexion is instable.
It's can still plugged, it's switch to unplugged, switch to plugged, switch to unplugged, etc.

Hi afrocubanito, If it goes unpluged, basically means it reconnects to the server and reset the virtual IP. But I cannot see why so far without more information. Would you please collection log file and send it to us so that we can help you. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Hi afrocubanito, Based on your log file, I can see the root error code is ERROR_NETNAME_DELETED, which means your network gets broken if your network is not stable enough. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
