 Post subject: Linux user vs root

I'm using the latest version of NR Free on a Linux (CentOS 5.5) machine with both Server and Client. I can use TightVNC to see the desktop remotely when logged in as "root" but not when logged in as another user.
Any suggestions please?

Hi claudius88,

From your description, I'm sure NeoRouter is working well. Your issue seems depending on how did you config the vnc server on your linux box, for example: What user you have configured vnc to login as? How did you setup the firewall and so on. Google would always be a good friend.
