I frequently see this popup error when starting my desktop. NeoRouter isn't running afterward, but I can start it manually. See attached screenshot.

Hi Rottweiler, Thanks for your report. Did you set it as "auto-sign in"? Does it happen if you sign in manually after log in to Windows? Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Yes, it was set for 'auto sign-in'. I removed that setting and in rebooting 3 times the error message has not appeared so that does seem to be triggering it. Thanks. |

Hmm. I changed it back to auto sign-in and the problem has not reappeared in 4 reboots. Maybe we "fixed" it? |

I'm having this same problem, with no changes to the system (very unusual). I even completely removed it, delete all folders to be sure, re-installed, and the same error message showed. I had the 1.1.3.2250 install file. It was installed on Windows 2008 R2 Standard. I'll try the newer version. |

Deleted the registry entry as well this time, seems to have fixed it. |

This happens on my machines to, seems like its because Neorouter tries to login before network is ready. |
