UPDATE: Well I'm not sure what fixed it but here's what I did. 1. Uninstalled. 2. Went through the registry and deleted all references to NeoRouter I could find. 3. This apparently caused a problem b/c I could not re-install. Some error message that seemed to relate to nrtap. 4. Used a very neat cleaner (ADWCleaner which BTW is free) to clean a bunch of errors including many registry errors (which may or may not have had anything to do with NR). 5. Rebooted (probably should have done this earlier in the process). 6. Re-installed and it worked! The Failed to create empty doc message is gone (at least so far). Hope this helps someone else. EE Hi, I realize this is a pretty old thread but the same thing has started hapening to me. Is there a fix? I've un-installed and re-installed the latest version but that didn't help. How do you turn off auto sign in when you can't start the application in the first place? What registry entries do you delete? Thanks, EE |
