Thank you for reporting the issue. The log files are very useful.
The issue is caused by a bug in NeoRouter client service for Windows (it does not affect other OSes). I have fixed it in our code base and will start testing it internally. We may need your help later to verify the fix.
We will include the fix in upcoming releases. At the meantime, please manually restart nrservice if this issue occurs. Sorry about the inconvenience.
