 Post subject: Unable to maintain connectivity with Pro version

I've installed pro version and every 10-30 seconds the clients disconnect and reconnect. I've tried adjusting TcpHeartBeatMode and UDP by setting them to 0 as well as other recommendations found in the forum but I still cannot maintain connectivity for more than 30 seconds at a time. Are there any general recommendations that would allow persistent connectivity as I have the server in a co-lo facility with high-speed connectivity and clients connected via broadband with virtually no latency.

Hi sysxperts,

Would you provide the log file of your NR server so that we can help you to figure out?

It looks like your clients may compete each other for some reason, but need to check the log file.
