Hi BCITMike, It's a known issue that on Windows Vista/7/later, if you minimize the window of the NR client UI by clicking on the "minimize" icon or the system menu, it may lost title bar when it's restored. This issue is caused by the UI library when using any skin. By default, NR client UI uses the Office2007 style. The workaround is : 1.Run NR client UI, choose menu item "Help >> Troubleshooting >> Open Configuration Folder" 2.Open the Feature.ini file in the folder. Create one if it does not exist 3.Put the following parameter to it Code: SkinName=disabled A sample Feature.ini file looks like this: Code: [Default] SkinName=disabled 4. Save it, restart NR client UI. We will include the fix in the next release. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Hi BCITMike, We have just published a new release of NeoRouter Pro v2.0.0.4080, that includes the fix for the titlebar isuue. You can remove the Feature.ini file and install the new NR client. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |
