We are using Neo Router pro. Our Neo Router pro server is a dedicated Windows XP machine. We are trying to add a Linux Mint client computer.
We cannot access the Linux Mint client. Neo Router show that that it know about the Linux Mint client, we can pin it, we can access shared folder but when we try to connect (via RealVNC) we get connection refused. The firewall on the Lenux Mint client is off. Any idea what we should try next.

Hi dhampikian,

Can you double check if the VNC server is running and you connect to the proper port? You can try to connect to the private IP of the server see if it works. Also note that sometimes VNC server on linux is listening at port 5901, 5902, ..., you may specify the port properly in your VNC client.

Thanks,
KevinZ - NeoRouter team
