Hello, When I use either the "NeoRouter Remote Access Client Free chrome extension or NeoRouter Remote Access Client Free Web Application I am unable to connect via RDP, VNC or SSH on both Linux and Windows clients. I am using Neorouter Free. All clients have version 1.9.0 installed. Using Google chrome version Version 29.0.1547.57 When I attempt to login with SSH to a client either running linux or windows I receive this error: Neorouter Remote Access Client . Server has disconnected from the addon. Error: -2138971903. When I attempt to VNC (windows and linux) I receive this error: Neorouter Remote Access Client . Server has disconnected from the addon. Error: -2147483640 When I attempt a Windows RDP session, I receive RDP : Client-Name Disconnected immediately after pressing connect. There is no firewall active on the Neorouter connections and I am able to RDP, SSH and VNC directly from one NeoRouter client to another, it just seems to occur when I try to use the Web Apps. Hi all, We have just released new version of NeoRouter Remote Access and Chrome Extension for Free/Pro/Mesh. It fixed the layout issue caused by the new Chrome browser v29. I installed the latest version after downloading the app and dragging it to the extensions folder as per Google's new policy (https://support.google.com/chrome_webst ... rning&rd=1). I then tried to SSH and vnc into both a windows client and linux client. I am still unable to as I get the same error as initially reported. Neorouter Extension version : 1.9.0.4235 Google Chrome Version : Version 29.0.1547.65 |
