Post subject:  IP exists but not showing in full list

hi,

have setup neorouter and all connections working fine. All my known computers show in the list of the client. but..I pinged by mistake an Ip in the neorouter range (10.0.0.4) which is replying but it's not showing in the full list (not personal) list) ! should I worry someone hacked in?

Hi cvstrat,

NR Portable Client and NR Mobile Client are not shown in the computer list, but can be ping from a remote computer, as they are running as a viewer .

Please run NR Configuration explorer or Web console to check the client's type.

Hi,

none of the client is portable nor mobile. The IP is also not shown in the client list in the Web Console...

Hi cvstrat,

It would be a machine having the physical IP address, since it's not shown in the computer list in the web console. Please check if any machine use the same IP range of your NeoRouter virtual network.
