I have version 2.1.2.4326 installed. When I select the APP I enter in all the information username/password/domain. It then just goes to a blank screen with the following url: chrome-extension://bpflkoofmgafclhmklhmndanfdompfpo/index.html I have tested with the Remote Access Free and am able to connect. I am using Chrome version Version 35.0.1916.114 |

Hi PB386SX, Launch the NR Remote Access Client for Chrome again, sign in, then should be fine. It's kind of a known issue with the latest Chrome. Since the new Chrome put some new limitations, NR cannot redirect to itself after cache the certificates from server. The first launch causes browser to download the certificates from server and prompt you to confirm it. With the latest Chrome, it shows blank page. (old versions get you signed in) Launch it again, it recognized the server and should not show the blank page anymore. We are trying solve the issue in the future release. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Network Explorer shows that it is connected, but Control Panel, Network shows the Neorouter client disconnected. I can't ping or make any connection over it. |
