My NeoRouter Network Explorer Version 2.1.2.4326 is installed on a HP Envy Laptop under Windows 8.1. 64 Bit The system is setup to go to sleep after a while. Upon wakeup, sometimes NeoRouter will not connect. I found out, that killing the porcess "NeoRouter ClientService (32 Bit)" will solve immediately the problem. NeoRouter restarts automatically and connects immetately. (Note: This is not the service with the same name. Restarting the service does not work.)
This was the main reason to change from competitor Hamachi, which had the same problem and it's support ignored any report on this problem. I hope that NeoRouter can solve this, one cannot connect to a remote computer when it is in sleep mode using Wake on Lan.
Thanks Thomas Jakober
