I'm running the NeoRouter-server on a virtual server. The port 32976 is open and the server responds to pings both via IPv4 and IPv6. The problem is that clients can't connect to the server using "pheasn.de". Using the IP-adress (5.196.9.226) works fine. Seems like NeoRouter doesn't resolve the hostname correctly (dns problem?). I hope we can fix that. edit: the error code when trying to connect to pheasn.de is: [hr = 0x80072749] |

Hi Pheasn, The error code indicates that it cannot connect to the server. Can you try the NR Configuration Explorer? It looks like your server is ok, the Internet domain name is fine as well. Thanks, KevinZ - NeoRouter team |

Hi Pheasn, Seems your machine resolves the domain name into a different IP address. Please try a tool, such as tcpview, to find out by checking the dest IP the NR config explorer connects to. Or you can enable logging in NR Network explorer, restart the NR client windows service, try to sign in, then send the log file of the NR client service to us, so that we can help you out. I just quickly tested your server from NR Config and got userName/password error, it means it does connect to the server. So something specific on your machine I guess. Thanks, KevinZ - Neorouter team |

Thank you, the problem has been resolved. I only opened the port for incoming connections to the version 4 IP address ... NeoRouter (of course) tried to use the IPv6 address. |
