Post subject:  Windows Network Explorer issue on multiple-monitor system

There is a minor issue when Neorouter Network Explorer running on multiple-monitor Windows system.

Neorouter Network Explorer version:
Neorouter Mesh, 2.4.1.4420 [1]

Windows system:
Windows 10.0 Pro (Build 10240, US English)

When click on a computer on Neorouter Network Explorer, a small pop-up window showing computer's name, IP, status, along with some add-on icons, appears, the small window adjusts its position according to where the main Network Explorer window is on screen: if the main window is near the left edge of the screen, the pop-up window appears to the right of mouse cursor, otherwise the it appears to the left of mouse cursor to avoid it goes off screen partially. This feature works properly on the primary monitor.

However, if the system has more than 1 monitor, and I move the Network Explorer window to the secondary monitor (to the right side of the primary monitor), the pop-up window always shows up to the left of mouse cursor, even when the Network Explorer window is at the left edge of secondary monitor, this causes the small pop-up window displayed partially on the primary monitor.

Since multiple-monitor systems are getting popular these days, Neorouter should handle this issue, by using MonitorFromRect()/MonitorFromPoint() to figure out the current monitor (may not always be the primary monitor).
